A bit more about me.

I’ve talked a little bit about me in my about page but I wanted to give you a bit more about me.

I have an unhealthy obsession with technology and just about anything to do with it. A.I. is one of the things I love reading about.

I’ve recently rediscovered reading as a hobby. It helps so much with my writing. I’ve been going to a writers critique group for over two years and they have been an amazing help to me.

I found my love of writing when I was a teenager. I brought my mother 5 pages covered front and back in probably the most illegible English ever. I stopped when I got constructive criticism. My skin wasn’t as thick back then.

Over the years I did write short stories that never really went anywhere. One such story is an inspiration for a Scifi book I’ve been working on. It’s A.I. based and it’s unfortunately not something I’m working on right now. It’s still in its conceptual stages.

My first love was not writing. It was gaming. The Atari was our first console but I was really young and don’t remember the first game I played.

As a teen, I was a pretty huge fan of Street Fighter 2 Turbo on the SNES. I used to play against a lot of kids in the neighborhood and kicked some butt! Only the older kids had a chance against me. It wasn’t long before I began using their own tactics against them.

The last thing I want to talk about is my kitty. I lost her last year and since the internet is for cats what better way to end this than a picture of her.

I hope this helped you get to know me a little better.

With Love,
Katheirne
